What McAlester businesses are actually choosing between

Big-City MSP
$1,500+/mo
Full managed-services contracts. Overkill for most local shops, offices, and small teams. You pay for stuff you'll never use.
Webb Membership
$100–$200/mo
Local. Personal. Front-of-line. Monthly on-site visit, member labor discounts, and a single number to call.
RIGHT-SIZED
Break-Fix — "Hope it doesn't break"
$0/mo
Until the day it doesn't boot. Then it's the 48-hour wait, full retail labor, and lost revenue while you're down.

Why a membership instead of break-fix?

The honest case — from somebody who'd rather you choose right than choose us.

Most McAlester businesses don't need a $1,500/month managed-services contract — they need a relationship with a local shop they can count on.

Membership means we already know your equipment when you call, you skip the queue, and small problems get caught before they become real ones.

Break-fix is fine until the moment it isn't. The day a workstation won't boot, you're staring down a two-day appointment wait while your front desk runs on paper, your point-of-sale is offline, or your office is twiddling thumbs at $25/hour each. A membership is a small monthly bet that that day costs you a phone call instead of a payroll day.

Run the math on your own downtime

Average front-office team waiting on a fix
4 hrs
A "quick" issue that drags into half a day
= $300
In one morning. One time. That's three months of Plus.

That's before you count missed customers, missed sales, and the labor we'd bill at retail rates if you weren't a member. A single avoided incident a year usually pays for the membership several times over — and members get caught earlier so most incidents never happen.

Commercial Plus

For shops, offices, and small teams

What you really get: the 48-hour wait disappears, plus a monthly tune-up so problems don't pile up.
  • Priority scheduling — skip the typical 48+ hour appointment wait A morning of staff downtime usually costs more than a year of membership.
  • 30-min on-site visit, monthly — quick fixes, software updates, physical cleaning, health checks The visit alone would bill at $50–$75 retail. You're saving that every month.
  • 10% off all labor on any service ticket A single 4-hour repair pays back roughly a third of your annual membership.
  • After-hours emergency callout available at $200/call — not offered to non-members at any price When something dies at 8 PM on a Friday, you have a real number to call. That alone is worth the membership.
  • Partner placement on webbcomputerrepair.com and arrenceai.com Free local backlink + visibility. Worth showing your marketing person.
  • Single point of contact who already knows your setup No re-explaining your network every visit. Less downtime per call.

* After-hours = any service request outside 8 AM–7 PM, Monday through Friday. Members-only benefit; not available to non-members at any price.
~$50/mo = industry-typical preventable repair spend for small offices running unmaintained Windows PCs: dust/thermal damage shortening hardware life, malware/bloatware cleanups, and the one or two preventable tickets a year monthly maintenance would have caught early. Your number may vary, but rarely in a good way.
$$$ per incident = the real business impact of a 2-day wait when something does break: idle payroll, missed sales while POS is down, customers walking out or going to a competitor, staff scrambling to run things on paper, and the reputational cost of "we're having computer issues today." Hundreds to thousands of dollars per incident is normal. Even one bad day can dwarf a year of membership.

"I'm a single-operator shop, raising my two kids and serving as full-time guardian to their sister. That's the only reason memberships exist — my time is finite, so the businesses that count on me get the front of the line. No mystery, no upsells, no contract you'll regret. Just a real local relationship at a fair monthly price." — Jeremy, owner, Webb Computer Repair

Common Questions

What if my business sells, closes, or merges?

Prepayments aren't refundable, but they are transferable to another business. Nothing's wasted.

Am I locked in?

Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us. The 6-month prepay covers the agreed term, that's it. No 24-month MSP contracts here.

What does the monthly visit actually cover?

Minor troubleshooting, software updates, peripheral fixes, physical cleaning, and quick health checks within the visit's allotted time (30 min Plus / 60 min Premium). Bigger jobs — parts replacement, OS reinstall, data recovery — convert to a regular ticket where your member labor discount applies.

What's not covered?

We service Windows PCs and standard small-business networking only. No Mac/Apple, mobile devices, or gaming consoles. Membership service area is within the city limits of McAlester, or downtown Krebs. Outside that area we can still help on a case-by-case basis but it's not part of the membership.

What counts as "after-hours"?

Any service request that falls outside 8 AM–7 PM, Monday through Friday. Evenings, weekends, and holidays. After-hours service is a members-only benefit — non-members can't get it at any price. Plus members pay $200 per after-hours call. Premium members get one free per quarter and pay $100 for any additional ones.

What if I miss a monthly visit?

Missed visits don't roll over — that keeps the schedule honest for everyone. We work hard to get you booked at a time that sticks.

How do I sign up?

Pick a plan above, sign the service agreement online, and pay through Stripe's secure checkout. You'll get a receipt + welcome email, and Jeremy will reach out within one business day to schedule your first visit.

One avoided downtime morning pays for the year.
